|
California Sports Center is a premier destination for gymnastics, swimming, dance and cheerleading lessons in the South Bay Area. Seven locations throughout the San Jose area provide top-quality facilities and instruction for toddlers, young boys, young girls and teens. There are also classes available for those aged 18 and up. Consistently awarded recognition as a “Family Favorite” by Bay Area Parent, students will find a supportive, fun, safe and progressive environment to learn and grow at each location.
Gymnastics for Toddlers, School Age Girls and Boys, and Teens
With California Sports Center, six facilities offer gymnastics in the San Jose area; there are four in San Jose, one in Sunnyvale and one in Santa Clara. For children in preschool, these South Bay Area gymnastics facilities offer classes in motor development and gymnastic fundamentals. Boys and girls ages six through 18 can enjoy recreational gymnastics classes, or they can strive to compete on one of California Sports Center’s nationally recognized competitive gymnastics teams. California Sports Center is the only gymnastics school in the San Jose area to offer a full range of boys gymnastics and competitive training. CSC also offers beginning gymnastics classes for those aged 16-23.
Swim Lessons for Kids and Adults
What would summer be without an opportunity to play in a swimming pool, lake, river or ocean? With these San Jose area swimming lessons, both kids and adults will find a fun environment where they can learn to swim with the best of them in almost any environment. There are three locations for swimming classes, including the larger Sunnyvale location and two new San Jose locations that are dedicated solely to swimming. The American Red Cross certifies all of these Bay Area swim classes.
Swimming lessons at California Sports Center don’t stop with the basics. Students can join in on lap swimming, water fitness classes, safety classes, water polo, diving classes and masters classes, which are geared towards multi-sport athletes or swimmers looking to improve their skills. This is also a place to find American Red Cross lifeguard training and lifeguard certification in San Jose.
Attention Young Dancers!
San Jose dance classes with CSC are designed to offer a little bit of everything to both hobby and avid dancers. Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop classes are available in San Jose and Willow Glen for preschoolers and youngsters of beginning and intermediate levels. Occasionally, other classes will be available for students to enjoy, such as Irish soft shoe and Irish hard shoe dancing in San Jose. Two recitals are held each year, one in December and one in June, allowing students to enjoy the thrill of performing before an audience.
Birthday Parties and Private Event Facilities
One of the best children’s birthday party ideas is to enjoy a party at California Sports Center. These memorable San Jose birthday parties consist of an hour of fun, organized activities with two certified gymnastics instructors; no previous gymnastics experience is required. These fully supervised activities can include obstacle courses, relay races, trampoline time and other fun gymnastics activities. CSC will provide tables and chairs for 30 minutes of party time following the games.
