August 20-21, 2011
San Jose Pride holds the first day of its festival at Discovery Meadow in Guadalupe River Park, which takes place throughout the day from 11 am until 7 pm. Entertainers on Saturday include Diamond John's drag revue, Chris Cole, Sean Basset, Mix America, Holly Heaven, Tamra Eagle, Scranton, The Hormones, Tehya, and several others. The Pride Village also includes a kids' entertainment area, volleyball, a community area of local nonprofit organizations, a microbrew tent, an international food court, and an arts and crafts village. |
