Residential burglary–June 17, 8 p.m. Lochinvar Avenue. Electronics were stolen from a residence. It is believed the suspect may have entered the home through an unlocked door.

Suspicious activity–June 16, 3:39 p.m. Mathilda Avenue. Officers questioned four subjects loitering in the parking lot of the Bank of America. The subjects were identified and released but officers suspect they were ‘shoulder surfing’ people using the ATM to gain personal information, including PIN numbers.

Armed robbery–June 15, 10:40 p.m. E. Maude Avenue. Two unknown suspects, armed with firearms, stole money from the clerk at a liquor store.

Vehicle burglary–June 15, 8:43 p.m. Fair Oaks Avenue. A laptop bag containing a Macbook Pro, charger cables, headphones and a computer mouse was stolen from a vehicle when an unknown suspect smashed the rear driver’s side window. The items total to more than $2,500.

Public intoxication–June 15, 12:04 p.m. Homestead Road and Hollenbeck Avenue. Officers responded to reports of a person lying in the grass “twitching.” The person was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Found property–June 15, 10:46 a.m. Hawthorn Avenue. An airsoft gun was found. The owner could not be located.

Theft–June 13, 2:30 p.m., Torrance Avenue. Three rings totaling $11,815 were reported stolen from a home. The victim suspects a family member may have stolen the jewelry. Nothing else was taken from the residence.

Theft–June 13, 2:11 p.m., Baylands Park. Photography equipment totaling more than $2,000 was stolen from a vehicle parked at Baylands Park.
