The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is a State of California agency that provides up to $85 million in funds for the training of California's workforce, primarily currently employed workers in companies funded by ETP are small and contracting process quicker and easier. The SBA provides financial, technical, and management assistance to help entrepreneurs start, run, and grow their businesses.  SBA's resource centers provide businesses with the tools for enhancing and growing their businesses including management and technical assistance to more than one million small business owners.
