Since its construction in 1985, Twin Creeks has established itself as the world's premier location for softball leagues and tournaments. The 60-acre complex also attracts corporate events and picnics from the Silicon Valley's finest companies. Twin Creks also hosts flag football and soccer leagues and tournaments.
History and Highlights
Components - 10 lighted softball fields, batting cages, volleyball courts, tournament headquarters, fast food restaurant, banquet facility and full sports bar, pro shop, maintenance facilities, barbecue area, and offices (14,000 sq. ft. clubhouse).
Four 10-week seasons - winter, spring, summer, fall
(100 team - 50 games/night...over 2,500 teams register per year for softball league play).
Draws over 7,000 teams in Silicon Valley.
Site for NCAA Women's World Series. '87, '88.
Site for San Jose State's annual NIST Women's Fast Pitch Tournament.
Selected as site for Novice State Tournament held Labor Day weekend. Over 120 teams will be in the tournament.
Twin Creeks hosts special events, corporate picnics, private tournaments, banquets and parties. Available year-round.
Hosted corporate events for Oracle, Sony, Cisco and many other Silicon Valley businesses. Other events and fund raisers have included: Make-a-Wish Foundation tournament and barbecue, Easter Seals Fund Raiser, M.A.D.D. softball tournament, Special Olympics tournament, Toys for Tots tournament, Outback Steakhouse and Chili's restaurant tournaments, USSSA/ASA National Events, Triple Crown, CDC Summer Games, Firefighter Olympics, Gay & Lesbian tournaments, Indian tournaments, Senior Softball, Coors Light World Series.
45 weekends a year are filled with softball tournaments which exceed over 5,000 teams.
